Define the destination and responsible importer

State the destination country, final delivery point and the party responsible for import clearance. Ingredient permissions, label requirements and transport classification can differ by formula and country. Do not assume a product permitted in one market is automatically acceptable in another.

Choose the quoted delivery basis

EXW, FOB and other trade terms can be discussed for the actual route. The quotation should name the agreed term and place, the transport mode, insurance responsibility and which charges are included. Do not compare prices until their delivery basis is clear.

Documents and packing

Discuss the commercial invoice, packing list, batch identification, relevant COA and other destination-specific documents. Confirm carton count, can count, gross weight, protective packing and handling requirements. An SDS or other transport document is supplied where applicable to the material and route.

Schedule and storage

Manufacturing, testing, printed packaging and transport each contribute to total lead time. Confirm the required storage conditions and any limitations on temperature or humidity for the finished formula. Shipping dates and shelf life are confirmed against the actual approved product; this website does not promise a universal delivery time.

Samples are subject to destination acceptance and courier requirements. Confirm the sample description, intended business evaluation, shipping charge and consignee details before dispatch. A sample shipment does not establish permission for commercial sale.
