Packaging customization
Familiar oral pouch formats, made specific to your brand.
Start with the mainstream physical format
Our visual references are the shallow round can and slim nonwoven pouch formats familiar from established brands such as ZYN and VELO. Reference geometry informs the mockups; your approved tooling and technical drawing determine the manufactured dimensions. We do not copy another brand’s identity or imply affiliation.
Separate can, lid and label specifications
Specify can material, dimensions, lid fit, catch-compartment requirements where applicable and any tamper-evident features. Confirm the label stock, finish, print method, bleed and safe area against the actual can drawing. A feature visible in a concept image is not a confirmed tooling capability.
Plan a readable information hierarchy
Allow sufficient space for required ingredient declarations, warnings, batch code, storage directions and business contact details. Strength, flavor and category should not be confused. Small pack size is a reason to plan text carefully, not a reason to omit required information.
Approve filled samples and shipping packs
Evaluate lid fit and label adhesion on filled, conditioned samples. Define the number of cans per carton, protective packing, palletization and any transport tests required by your distribution route. Recyclability and sustainability claims need material and destination-specific support.
