What shapes the quotation?
Custom production requires at least 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans per order. Cost depends on the ingredient source, flavor count, can and label design, packaging components and testing scope. Compare quotes using the same specification and the same unit: cans, individual pouches and cartons are different quantities.
What does a CDMO discussion cover?
For projects needing development through manufacturing coordination, the discussion can include ingredient review, prototypes, test planning, packaging and scale-up records. Confirm who owns each deliverable, which facility is involved and what documentation is available for your formula. A service label alone does not establish regulatory approval.
Samples, confidentiality and formulation ownership
Share the product direction before sending confidential formulation details. Confidentiality and intellectual-property terms can be agreed before development starts. Sample availability, fees, shipping, formula ownership and any exclusivity are project-specific and belong in the written agreement.
Capacity and timing
We do not quote a universal production capacity or launch deadline for every formula. Ingredient availability, sample revisions, analytical testing and printed components can each affect the schedule. Tell us your target date so the relevant dependencies can be assessed.
Ten clear approvals connect development, packaging and production. Confirm the target market, product direction, flavors and planned quantities. Develop the formula direction and physical pouch specification. Review the agreed sample attributes and relevant test requirements. Approve the sample and the specification used for the next stage. Develop the can label, carton and brand artwork. Review dimensions, print proofs and required label content. Confirm the specification, commercial terms and production quantities. Review a physical packaging prototype before the final approval. Sign off the assembled packaging and agreed production details. Proceed with the approved specification and coordinate delivery documents. Custom production: at least 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans per order. Formula, artwork and delivery details are agreed before production. Explore 22 can formats and 91 flavor directions alongside your product brief. Choose your flavors, can format and artwork around one production brief. Choose from 14 ingredient directions, adapt a supplied reference, or develop your own combination. Ingredients, amounts, flavor, pouch format and packaging are agreed through sample and specification review. From your brief to production.
