Private label oral pouches
A clear starting point for your brand, with room for the details that matter.
Choose a starting route
A private label request should specify whether the buyer wants an existing formula reviewed, a formula adjustment or a completely new development. Those routes have different sampling, documentation and commercial implications. Availability of any proposed starting formula is confirmed during the inquiry.
Define the SKU rather than just the label
State the product category, destination, ingredient direction, flavor, desired pouch format and cans per SKU. Clarify whether a nicotine-free and tobacco-free specification is required. Artwork approval is one part of the process; it is not a substitute for the product specification.
Agree ownership and change control
Record who owns the artwork, ingredient specification and any custom formulation work. Define what changes need written approval, including ingredient supplier changes, flavor adjustments and packaging substitutions. Confidentiality and exclusivity must be agreed rather than assumed.
Compare quotations on the same basis
Check whether prices cover cans, pouches, labels, cartons, analytical testing and delivery. For this site, plan at least 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans for the total order. Do not compare a finished branded can quote with an unbranded bulk pouch price.
Reference formulas. Fully custom possibilities.
Choose from 14 ingredient directions, adapt a supplied reference, or develop your own combination. Ingredients, amounts, flavor, pouch format and packaging are agreed through sample and specification review.
