Information you provide
The inquiry and sample forms collect your name, business email, company, country or region, product category, project message and optional phone, flavor, quantity, destination and timing details. Please do not send medical records, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
We use the submitted details to evaluate and respond to your business inquiry, discuss samples and prepare project information. The form includes consent for that processing. We do not use the form as an automatic marketing subscription.
Service providers and security data
The site stores inquiry records on its hosting server and sends team notifications through an authenticated SMTP service. Server logs can contain IP address, request time, browser information and requested URLs. Anti-spam controls use a keyed IP hash and short-lived verification records. The SMTP account is hosted by 163.com; the inquiry recipient is info@linkbiolabs.com.
Retention
Business inquiry records are retained while needed for the request and related project records, and reviewed for removal when no longer required. Ask us to delete an inquiry that is no longer needed. Routine website backups retain approximately 14 daily copies; deletion can therefore take additional time to age out of backups. This notice does not promise a fixed global retention period for contractual records.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information and to withdraw consent. Email info@linkbiolabs.com with sufficient context to identify the request. We may need to verify the request and explain any applicable retention obligations.
External services and international processing
WhatsApp and external source links take you to other services with their own privacy practices. Public pages load the 51.LA analytics SDK to collect website visit statistics. This creates a connection to the analytics provider when a page loads. Inquiry form details are handled separately and are not intentionally passed to that SDK. No live map is embedded. Your inquiry may be processed by hosting, email and project teams in different countries; ask us for relevant details before sending information requiring a specific contractual arrangement.
